During the webinar, which will be online via Zoom, the extraordinary chefs Elio Bartolotta and Gianni Delisi will illustrate the characteristics, the health benefits and the origins of certified products and authentic recipes at the base of true Sicilian cuisine.
As part of the “True Italian Taste” project, the webinar will showcase “made in Italy” products thanks to the contribution of consortia for the protection of Monti Iblei extra-virgin olive oil IGP, Bronte pistachio DOP, Ragusano DOP, Pachino tomato IGP and Modica chocolate IGP.
