The Italian American Chamber of Commerce Midwest is pleased to invite you to an exclusive WINE TASTING on Monday 24 October 2022 starting at 4 pm (the event will finish at 6 pm).
The event, hosted by Casati’s Modern Italian, will include an exclusive tasting of Soave, Ripasso and Amarone wines from the Cantina del Castello, completed by an extraordinary Italian menu especially conceived.
Cantina del Castello is located in Soave, a town famous for the production of quality wine, with a fresh and enveloping flavor. The products of the winery are the mirror of the territory and are created to enhance the characteristics of Soave while respecting tradition.
