Arrive and check-in to HOTEL EXPO VERONA: ViaPortogallo 1/P-37069 Villafranca di Verona (VR)
7:00 p.m. Meetin lobby of the hotel for a briefing of the week’s agenda
April 7 - 9:
8:30 a.m. Meet in hotel lobby
8:45 a.m. Bus transfer to Vinitaly
9:30 a.m. Arrive at Vinitaly. A“fast track” will be available for all buyers from entrance A1 (PALAEXPO).
10:00 a.m.–5:30 p.m. Meetings with exhibitors
5:45 p.m. Meeting with Silvia Raffa international Buyer’s Lounge (location to be announced) to go together to the bus transfer
6:00 p.m. Bus transfer to hotel Expo
6:30 p.m. Arrive back at the hotel
7:00 p.m. Program to be announced
