The Soul of the Alps: Storico Ribelle
Storico Ribelle, also known as Bitto Storico, is a rare cheese crafted in the Orobie Alps using a centuries-old transhumant method. Made in alpine huts with traditional tools and aged for at least 12 months (sometimes over 10 years), it’s a Slow Food Presidium that reflects the rich culture and natural environment of its origin. With its complex flavor and crumbly texture, Storico Ribelle is much more than a cheese — it’s a taste of alpine heritage.

The Wines of Valtellina: Alpine Elegance in a Glass
To accompany this exceptional cheese, we are proud to present wines from five iconic producers who represent the very best of Valtellina’s winemaking tradition. Known for their heroic viticulture on steep mountain slopes and their elegant expressions of Nebbiolo (locally known as Chiavennasca), these wines offer balance, character, and age-worthiness.
