The Italian American Chamber of Commerce cordially invites you to the live-streaming event “A night in Sicily”: a unique Masterclass with live cooking demonstrations.
In collaboration with the consortia for the protection of Monti Iblei extra-virgin olive oil, Bronte pistachio, pecorino Ragusano, Pachino tomato and Modica chocolate, the extraordinary chef James Kilberg at the Italian restaurant Coco Pazzo, will hold a live cooking class using these incredible Italian certified products.
As a part of the True Italian Taste project, this masterclass will help participants distinguish authentic Italian products from “Italian sounding” imitators: a difference in quality you can actually TASTE!
