#streamingfood: Celebrating Italian Food in the Streaming Age

Starting on November 16, Italy celebrates our authentic food, cuisine, and all amazing Italian products our country has to offer with over 40 events for the US edition of the 5th World Week of Italian Cuisine (Nov 16-22) 🇮🇹.

The Week of Italian Cuisine in the World is a yearly initiative developed to promote Italian culinary traditions and food-and-wine connoisseurship as a distinctive trait of Italian identity and culture.

November 16th at 3 pm ET, italyinus opens the celebrations with a virtual discussion on StreamingFood in collaboration with Netflix globally renowned talents: celebrity chef Massimo Bottura ("Chef's Table"), together with David Gelb (creator of "Chef's Table"), and Phil Rosenthal ("Somebody Feed Phil").

The event will open with welcome remarks from the Ambassador of Italy to the United States, Armando Varricchio, and Brandon Riegg, Vice President Original Series, Netflix.
