Veronafiere together with Vinitaly and with the contribution of leading magazine “Wine Spectator” are proud to present OperaWine, Finest Italian Wines: 100 Great Producers selected by Wine Spectator – one of the most alluring wine tasting events of the year, where international trade professionals and press will experience, in a single afternoon, the best that Italy has to offer.

This event offers international wine professionals the opportunity to taste and get to know the best Italian wines presented by Italy’s 100 greatest producers according to Wine Spectator,  American magazine specializes in tasting notes, industry news, and wine-personality profiles and world-leading authority on wine with more than 3 million readers. 

Each year, the judges taste the selected Italian wines and provide reviews and scores based on different criteria. After the assessment, the list of the top 100 Italian wines is revealed, promoting Italian wine diversity and high quality.

The Italian wines selected are true ambassadors of made in Italy products, cultural and emotional blends that go beyond the bottle. Since 2012, OperaWine has become a première event to Vinitaly: an elegant and glamorous opening to the largest international wine and spirits exhibition.
