The Italian American Chamber of Commerce Chicago invites you to the NEW True Italian Taste event, on August 15th, 2021: “Masterclass Toscana” - a promotional tasting focused on authentic Italian ingredients from the region of Tuscany, hosted by the extraordinary Italian restaurant Casati’s.

As part of the True Italian Taste project, this event will showcase the genuine Italian flavors and specialties, thanks to the contribution of the consortia for the protection of authentic DOP, IGP and DOC Tuscan products.

The event is financed and promoted in collaboration with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation to increase the knowledge and consumption of 100% Made in Italy products.
